Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on helping individuals recover from injuries, disabilities, pain, and medical conditions to regain optimal function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide direct patient care while adhering to safety policies and best practices
✔ Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
✔ Deliver physician-prescribed physical therapy to help patients achieve functional goals
✔ Prioritize caseloads to ensure maximum efficiency and effective treatment delivery
✔ Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities to improve or minimize physical disabilities
✔ Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and hospital personnel for holistic patient care
✔ Provide patient and family education to support home exercise programs and discharge planning
✔ Maintain accurate documentation for effective communication with physicians and insurance providers

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
License: New York State Physical Therapy License or eligibility with a temporary permit
