Summary:
Provides quality care and meets customer expectations by utilizing advanced technical skills in Mammographic imaging.
Required: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology Minimum of 1 year of Mammography experience (GE preferred)
Minimum Experience: one year
ARRT Certification in Radiography ARRT Certification in Mammography within 1 year of hire CT State License CPR Maintain continuing education requirements (24 CE credits per biennium) Maintain MQSA requirements (15 CE Mammo specific credits every 3 years) Possesses excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology Exhibits a degree of professionalism necessary to instill patient confidence Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates respect and courtesy
Computer Skills Required: Able to utilize PACS, RIS systems, Mammography tracking systems and any other required computer programs.
