Urogynecologist opportunity in Kingston, New York 
 
Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time, well-trained and caring Urogynecologist who prefers to work in a small-town setting with all of the sophistication of a major medical center. The outpatient office is located in Kingston, New York, with surgical procedures performed primarily at Northern Dutchess Hospital, located in Rhinebeck, New York, just two hours north of New York City. High risk cases may be taken to Vassar Bros Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York. The schedule is Monday – Friday (8am -5pm) and consists of approximately 3 days of outpatient care in the Kingston office and 2 days of surgical procedures in the hospital. The call schedule is light and is primarily Monday – Friday.

Northern Duchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY is a 68-bed acute care, not-for-profit, community hospital. The hospital has an 87,000 square foot pavilion that has advanced clinical care available to the community. The pavilion has spacious, private patient rooms and state-of-the-art surgical suites equipped with minimally invasive technology, including the da Vinci Surgical System. 
 
Rhinebeck is part of one of the largest historic districts in the US located along the scenic Hudson River. Rhinebeck offers New York City culture in a friendly, small-town setting. The village offers a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, as well as larger events at the Dutchess Country Fairgrounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will find great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and boating nearby. We are seeking a physician who desires to escape the hustle and bustle of big city living, while retaining access to top-rated restaurants, performing arts centers, museums, excellent housing and school systems, and prestigious colleges and universities. Area colleges include Bard, Vassar, Marist, and SUNY New Paltz, as well as the Culinary Institute of America. New York City is easily accessible via Amtrak.
