Summary:
Under the direction of the VP/CNO, develops, implements, and monitors the patient care delivery system and related nursing practice standards in collaboration with the nursing management team. Responsible for the quality of patient care and provides leadership, planning, coordination, direction, and evaluation of operations. Accountable for leading quality, financials, employee engagement, and patient experience in alignment with the organizations strategic goals

Education: BSN or Advanced degree in nursing required. Masters Degree in Nursing or related fields required. Experience: At least five years of experience in Nursing Leadership with comparable scope. Nursing Executive Certification preferred. Membership in a Healthcare/Nursing professional organization preferred. License: CT State RN License
